Had a trans failure a few weeks ago while visiting friends in Watton. They took me in the same day, called me that afternoon, and had it repaired the next day. They even noticed another small repair and fixed that. All repairs were perfect. Even got a tour of the shop. I further recommended this facility to a friend in the UP for repairs. If you need repairs on anything automotive this should be your goto shop. Thank you!
Highly recommend. These guys are very honest. We were out of town and had car trouble. They diagnosed the problem and told us we could make it home safe and didn't try to force us get it repaired there. They even refused to to any money for the diagnosis. Top notch guys!

They worked on my daughter’s transmission valve body. Unfortunately the transmission ended up failing in spite of the repair, but Northern stood by their warranty and made the situation right. We would do business with them again.
