Stopped by several times went to ask questions guy said Jerry’s on his way should be here soon. After waiting 30 minutes no Jerry. He has a lot of inventory which is useless because nobody’s able to answer questions.
Awesome place! I came in because my MTH HO train cars wouldn’t stay coupled, and they figured out the problem right away. They even swapped out the couplers on one car for free to show me the difference. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! I’ve been out of the hobby for about 15 years, and they took the time to bring me up to date on what’s changed. They also helped me pick out a few extra cars that were really affordable. Great people, great service, and fair prices highly recommend checking them out!
Lots of train stuff. Not very well organized. Kind of pricey. Staff was not helpful. Had to interrupt him from a friend to get help. May have bought more had he been interested in helping customers.
Said he would fix a j class 611 before i bought it after almost a year never got a response
Good N scale selection. Construction supplies as well as engines and rolling stock
