Brought my saw in for service at the worst possible time of the year (early Spring) and noted how full the shelves were with repair jobs. My saw was ready in the amount of time originally estimated by the repair Tech, but what impressed me most was the Technician's customer service skills. I have bought 2 Stihl saws from them. They are great folks. I had a small issue with one. It was a bit temperamental. They showed me how to not flood it and were great about everything before and after the sale. Will be back
