I would NOT recommend this service. I have an older home that does not have a sump. We had sewage floating in our basement 3 times in 5 months... so after the plumber came each time, he recommended Jerry's, as Jerry has a telescoping camera, and he may be able to find some real issues with the line. After scheduling and speaking with the scheduler- who was real nice- we decided I probably did not need the line rotted again since it had been so frequently in the past few months. Gets the job done right the first time
If you have a septic system, there is no one else you should contact for maintenance and repairs. Jerry and his crew are fantastic and know what they are doing...Jerry makes sure of it! They are a Godsend.
The owner is extremely rude. Don’t give these people your business. Trust me you will regret having to deal with this man.
Don't understand what the other review is about but, Jerrys always is responsive to our apartment community here in Cortland for jetting and other needs and is always courteous to the maintenance and office staff!
