Pretty straightforward, comes across as honest and to the point- "I'm pretty busy tomorrow, but if you can bring your vehicle in early, I might be able to get it back to you by the end of the day.” I dropped my vehicle off at 7am, and it was back to me by 2pm. Remove/Replace front suspension shock/strut assembly (both sides)- labor $390, shock and strut assembly, and stabilizer bar link (both sides)- parts, plus alignment. Out the door $1326 with taxes. Jerry is great. He got me scheduled in a timely manner, he had my vehicle for no longer than the morning that I brought it, and he charged me a very fair price. A+. It is very much appreciated.
