If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would. Been on their “list” since May and everytime I call they seem to have no recollection of me calling the first time. I USED to recommend them until the day came that I needed their help and I continue to get no response. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s sad because I truly believed they were the best in town but unfortunately I no longer think this.

I recently had an old woodstove insert removed from the fireplace in my home and replaced with a new gas insert by this company in Miles City. Summary - Will you get what you expect if you deal with them? Only if what you want is exactly what they plan to sell you. If so, the workmanship is good. So grateful for Jerry’s Refrigeration. Our furnace went out at the beginning of the heatwave this summer. We waited for 3 weeks for another company who never got to the job. Jerry’s had a quote for my insurance that day and the furnace in within the week so our AC could get going! Their work was fast and our house has never been so cool since they used great products!!!
