Attempted to turn off the cutoff valve on the toilet- the PVC part broke off and the floor flooded. Contact these people, the only good thing is they did show up fairly quickly initially. Between five and ten minutes out a new cutoff Valve in the wall - charged $360 which I paid upfront in good faith. Coordinate for them to come back five days later to finish the job. Terrible telephone communication ethics. When I telephoned this company, a man answered and presumed that I knew nothing, and begin quoting prices and giving diagnosis that were all the way off-base. I do not recommend this company.
