Unprofessionalism meets apathy in this horrible, dishonorable company. Never again!
Do not use jerry's plumbing and heating. I had a technician out. It seemed like he knew what he was doing. I went ahead and approved the work. Once my check cleared third the same problem came up again. No one called me to see if it was working. I don't believe they a diagnosed the problem correctly
I called because my heater went out. They scheduled me for Tuesday. Right before I could ask what time, they hung up. When I called back right after, some woman said I was never scheduled. Had I not called back, they would have never come. Extremely rude customer service. Don’t recommend.
Jerry's was called to the mobile home park I live in to clear out common sewer. The issue commonly is between 3 units due to old pipes which were laid in a pattern that includes some unfortunate turns. When they were finished they left a very large amount of sludge on my property. Disgusting toxic waste. Their response to me was they aren't responsible. They made NO effort to contain the issue before it started and just let it flow where ever, into my yard ants in front of my work shed. I do not recommend
