Overall great service! Everyone who works there made the experience smooth and quick. Dropped the car off on Monday and was ready by Wednesday which was wonderful. 10/10 definitely will go back and will be recommending others to get work done!
I see all of the bad reviews but…. I have not experienced any of them. A few months ago I started using this location for all my business and personal trucks and they have done an incredible job. Super fast, professional, and yes they call me before working on the trucks for quotes. Would give more stars if I could. What an awesome team they have here. Will be bringing everything to this location strictly. Thank you!!!
My car was dropped off with the explicit request to diagnose and contact me with a repair quote. Instead, I was called and informed they’d already done the work. “Done the work” is a very liberal statement as what they actually did wasn’t even what I would have requested. They replaced one spark plug and ignition coil and charged me $400. Had I been consulted, I would have requested they do all four sets. Won't be trusting any other auto repair shop with my vehicles moving forward. Jerry is not only kind, patient and knowledgable, this dude made me feel absolutely confident in his ability to handly ANY automobile problem encountered. Inside his awesome showroom are two race cars and a 1969 Mustang Mach I. A dream vehicle of mine for a long time. Fist visit, the cars were all closed up. Jerry place has been most disappointing. Multiple times we would have to go back for repairs there weren’t done correctly. He has just lost interest in his quality. In the last couple of years he has doubled his labor charges. That was one of the reasons many people would go to him. He has become increasingly angry and shows no respect. Over the years my significant other and my self have spent 1000s of dollars having him do work on our cars. I have recommended others to him. I wish him well in the future.
