I LOVE THIS STORE, HAVE ALWAYS GOT A GREAT DEAL AS WELL AS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. JERRY AND JAN ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL AND HAVE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MEET MY SHOPPING NEEDS. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW QUALITY THEIR APPLIANCES ARE AND IF I HAVE AN ISSUE THEY ALWAYS GET IT FIXED FOR ME . I TELL ALL MY FRIENDS OF THIS PLACE AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE.
I'm not real happy with this business!, asked if they do trading?...yes. I told of a two week old (new)recliner chair I had which did not fit well in my home, wanted to trade with a smaller one they had. I brought it in for review, they asked what I wanted I said I paid 250.00, their chair was 239.00, trade even? no, he needed 75.00 (off my 250.00 request)?, so I countered with 50.00. He went in to review his chair I wanted, no, he said 75.00, I asked would he cover the tax?... yes. He then left the store his helper wrote up... read more
