My name is Sally Bryant , our camper had some storm damage in March, we took it to Jerrys RV and they have done everything possible to help us thru the long insurance process we had to deal with , they helped provide all the information the insurance requested and had to talk to them multiple times. My A/C went out in my camper and my daughter and I were smothering in the heat. We called Jerry and asked if he could come out to look at it. Even though he was 3 weeks out he came right away so my baby didn't have to be in the heat. His work was great, and they people were so nice. When it was time to pay the bill, I actually thought he made a mistake and UNDER charged me. Everyone in the shoals area needs to give their business to jerry at Jerrys RV.
Had several issues with my Norcold Refrigerator, and the team at Jerry's RV isolated the problem and successfully resolved the issue. I had a ton of water damage due to a roof leak on my 2014 toy hauler and Jerry put it back to a condition that was better than before it leaked. The insurance denied my claim so I was nervous about the bill, but when it came time to settle up I was floored. He charged me WAY less than I expected to pay for what was done. Only problem was my power cord came up missing. I couldnt even remember if I brought mine, but Jerry even game me one anyway. I will always take campers there.
Took My Rv there to get some warranty work done, Never got a call from them, I had to check with them to get anything done. After they had it for over a month they said all the work was done and I could pick it up. We are talking about 5 hours of work as quoted by them. Went to get it and only half the work was done, the work that was done didnt look professional, You could see the work and extra holes, staples sticking out etc. Looked like crap. They charged me way more than there estimate , and when I got it back it look like crap .
