I want to thank Jerry and his team at Jerry's Major Appliance Services; they are just an awesome company to work with. I had my AC stop working when I woke up this morning and I found them on the internet, gave them a call and had a tech at my door in an hour. They showed up and diagnosed the issue and had my AC back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thank you guys! I will be using you from now on.
I have used this company twice and have service plans. This is a family business, and they are great people. They are fast, professional, and life-saving. Also, have a service plan to support your system. Overpriced. I would use and recommend it again.

Dan and Jason are very efficient and do a great job. We came home from vacation and found ourselves out of breath. Dan was at our house a few hours after my husband called. He gave us a fair price and replaced our 20-year-old module with a new one within three days. They are great people, and we will always rely on their services.
