It's absolutely terrible. Tried to buy 2 trucks 8 months back couldnt get someone to help took our 130,000 paid in full business elsewhere. Tried to get oil changed, and tires rotated took 2 and a half hours, and somehow, the head unit started acting up. The parking lot is jammed packed all around stay away.
I have been going to Jerry"s Ford for service for the last 16 months and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have been into see them 4 times. I bought a 2019 for Ranger from Car Max in October 2023 and Jerry treat me as I bought it from them. I have had them change the oil two times. (Drive about 6000 miles a year) I had them do the state inspection back in October 2024. Today (2/27/2025) I took it in because my driver side map light was staying on. I scheduled a recall service and a checkup for my truck days in advance, expecting a smooth experience. However, when I arrived to drop it off, I was informed that the necessary parts were on backorder, with no estimated timeline for availability. This was disappointing, as I had planned the visit specifically for this service.
