We had a very frustrating experience with Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg. We brought our car in because we could hear air coming in from one of the doors and made it very clear at drop-off that we needed the vehicle back the same day due to picking up our three kids from daycare. Despite that, we didn’t hear a single update all day and had to call ourselves at 4:45 PM—only to be told they were keeping the car overnight. No explanation, no courtesy call.
