1.5 hrs for oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. What a joke... I regret purchasing from this dealership.
Poor maintenance troubleshooting. Took my 2017 Ioniq with 135,000 miles in with a check engine light on. I was advised I needed a new tranmission and actuator assembly for $7,500. I declined the service and after a little research and troubleshooting...found a small leak that emptied my clutch actuator reservoir. Which hides very low in the engine bay. I want to give you Shout Out to Bobby Lewis! He went over and above to get my Warranty Company to agree the sludge buildup was not of my doing. I started at a dealership in Fort Worth over a year ago when sludge was found in the engine. At that time I only owned the vehicle 8 months. The warranty company gave me a set of instructions to follow which I did. I completed everything they suggested. multiple issues with the service department. when my car was in for service, someone used my car. it was driven 7 miles. some one smoked in it. ashes in front and back set. someone spilt liquid in and around drink holder. ongoing issue not resolved .payed for repair. still experiencing issue.
