This was the best service experience I have had since Covid. Thank you for getting my service done quickly.
I depend on Jerry's to service my car and to perform the standard wash and vacuum. This time they failed to vacuum. Darn it!
I was greeted when I walked in for my scheduled service. My services was completed per my request. I requested some help with some technical issues I was having and my service tech was very helpful. Showed me step by step so I understood. I did have to return the same day for an issue not related to my service and the service manager stepped up and helped resolve my problem. Everyone was helpful and informative! I will go back!
