I love Jerry’s! This is my second car from them and Lisa Conway has helped me both times. She’s the best! No one could match Jerry’s price. So if you’re in the market for a new car, make sure you make the drive. We had an issue with the cashiers ck and they emded up delivering the car to Denton two days later. If I wasn’t a loyal customer before I sure am now! A+ customer service and sales force!
Jerry’s was patient with the process of an insurance claim and then found me the car I wanted in the color I wanted. Both Hyundai dealership and the collision center kept my husband and I in the loop and checked in to see how the process was going.
Terrible experience I will never set foot at this dealership for service or to purchase a new vehicle again.. My last several new cars have been Hyundai and I will shop somewhere else when it’s time for me to replace my vehicle.
