The customer service is excellent, and they are always responsive and open to feedback, questions, and any concerns. Overall, I highly recommend them. Do NOT buy a home from this company. Personal home inspector found many items not up to code. They drug their feet on getting anything fix. After we moved in we found many other quality issues. Bad trimming, poor insulation, patches in the wall, a missing deck board, water leaking into our basement and now we are experiencing electrical issues that they are refusing to address since it just fell out of one year warranty. Also when we did landscaping we found countless empty beer cans. I guess that explains the build quality.... read more
We bought a new build from Jerry's Homes. They were very easy to work with, attentive to details, and responded in a timely manner even after we moved in. Jen showed up at our closing to congratulate us, give us the keys, and a thank you package. We are loving our beautiful house (look at these gorgeous oversized windows)!
