This house on this site is our house and the add on in question was not built well at all. No insulation in the ceiling which we added later. Floor and ceiling had to be redone because old wood was used when we purchased new. The sheet rock was not fastened to ceiling right. The floor was not secure and could have resulted in falling through the floor. Had to have insulation blown in between the ceiling and some walls. He left the interior ceiling with a wall strip up.
