Really excellent experience and could not have been better. Very high quality work, and Jerry is professional through and through. Jerry and his brother did an amazing job on transforming our very outdated flooring into a beautiful living space. He was professional, timely and reasonably priced. He was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and made the whole process easy. The whole process was truly dust free and we were amazed at how beautiful our floors turned out.
Just recently Jerry has refinished wood flooring in two rooms in my house. I was very pleased with his work. For the time he worked in my house, he was always on time. As he promised, there was no dust when he was sending the floor. I was very happy with this fact. When I explained what effect, I was looking for and how I want the floor to look like (as far as the color), he was able to advise what stain to use to achieve my expectations. We have a 75 year old house with red oak floors that had never been refinished. The end result was amazing-they got out stains and really brought out the beauty of the wood. Far surpassed all expectations. Absolutely stunning results.
