I spoke with John Tomsky at the end of July about our Breezesta furniture degrading. He claimed to be taking care of this, but I found he had not filed a warranty claim on our behalf. Very poor customer service, no response to latest vm or email on this issue either.
My husband and I stopped by on Tuesday June 30, 2020 to check out their patio furniture. We walked around, tried some of the chairs for their comfort and if they were easy to get out of. What a selection they have. Well Allison, the owner, took us “under her wing” and explained in detail the pros and cons of the pieces we were looking at. What a FANTASTIC experience. I purchased patio furniture five years ago. This summer a part of my umbrella was broken. Allison went above and beyond! Made sure I got a replacement piece and it was covered under its warranty! Highly recommend family owned verses the big box stores! Thank you for the best customer service ever! Jackie
Today was our first visit here. Everything was so beautiful and healthy! I found my Smoke Tree here! I definitely recommend Jerry's! We're planning to come back soon!
Just drove away from here because I saw a customer not wearing a mask. Businesses have to realize that they will lose customers by not requiring all to wear a mask.
very nice selection of plants and gardening supplies. the plants are very fresh and prices are very reasonable. given the COVID-19 situation the store has maintained social distancing and restrictions as per CDC recommendations! I am happy!
I have been a customer for many years. I have never been disappointed by the quality of the merchandise, including the baked goods, jewelry, Christmas decorations and flowers. I will continue to be a loyal customer far into the future.
