Quite outdated on everything!
I've taken my Audi to Jerry 3 times. The first for a window regulator went without a hitch, then I did a timing belt and pulled out of the shop with a disconnected turbo hose. Not a big deal, but it should have been a warning sign. 3rd time I went for a simple thermostat, and the next morning I spot a river of oil beneath my car.
