Called today to ask for a part number for the drive belt on my mower. I was told by the woman who worked there that they don't give out part numbers. It's their policy lol. I'll be calling Cub Cadet corporate on Monday and see what they think of their authorized dealers' policy. The woman who works there may be the biggest dolt I've ran into in years. Do better.
This place is a freaking RIPOFF not sure how their still in business. USING $10 mower deck belts that last 3 weeks then blame me cause I had some grass clippings around the pulley 🤣 replacing 2 spindles that WERE NOT bad and a belt $330 you people are crooks. Update after being ripped off a month later guess what another $10 Chinese belt broke I literally mowed with it 4 times and you aholes want to blame me cause of some mower clippings and not the garbage belts that you use
Been dealing with these folks for 30 years. Great service, honest, and reliable..
