Since I have been in the Grove area, I have had some pretty yuck people do some pretty crappy work but let me tell you about Jerry's. There was a mishap to my dock, it broke a cable and so forth. Was told we will make it right. Two good ol boys tattoos great attitude and the gentleman who caused the mishap apologized and went to making things right. He showed me. My cables were very bad. These guys have been out To my place on several jobs from welding to painting David has gotten the guys out there same day if it was urgent and never waited longer than a few days. Great work done right the first time and priced right. Thank you guys for all the help when needed.
Had one of their Project guys come out to give an estimate. It has been 6 weeks today. I have called multiple times, texted him and spoken to the office staff and still no communication back. Not a small job either ($20K+). Don't waste your time. Shepard's got me a quote and on their schedule in less than a week!
Took 2 years from down payment till I got my dock which included price increases along the way. Dock was solid enough but had chipped concrete tiles, missing fish cleaning station, and roof wasn't anchored. After months of trying to get these items fixed I gave up.
