We paid them over $1500 for towing, diagnostics and repairs. Drove home, turned on the aircon - a loud screaming noise. Took the car back. They said they d replace the newly installed air con hose, but we d have to pay $650 to fix the now, broken air con. Filed a complaint with VISA, Better Business Bureau and AAA. Jerry’s has no quality control checklists to ensure work was completed correctly and no integrity in doing the right thing when the work was done incorrectly.
Not Happy – I spent a lot of money, and they did not fix my problem. I neglected to ask for my old parts, to verify there was even a need for what they did -- and they did not offer to give me the old parts. I am not confident they even knew what the problem was. I will not go back.
