Mr. Jerry B. Hair and his workman did an wonderful job on my driveway and subsequent retaining walls.
Can’t review the work because he never came out when he said he was going to. Someone in my neighborhood recommended him so I gave him a call and spoke to him about what I was wanting to do, and he said that he would come out the following day and if I would text him my address, which I did. Well, he never showed up, and this isn’t the first concrete company to do this, a few other were no-shows, so I’m going to leave them a similar review because I am sick of unprofessional companies. *Also check out another customer’s situation and complaint with the BBB, we wish we had* My mother and I thought the way Mr. Jerry presented himself as being in the business a long time and being a Christian man that he was good for his word and his business would do a professional job on her sidewalk. That was very wrong. There are flaws all over the sidewalk and mulch imbedded in it.
