No pressure enviorment. Jerry makes you feel right at home. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And then Nick the installer was excellent, friendly, great at installing. Would use them again.
We spent a lot of time talking to Jerry, got along with him quite well. He installed one room, OK. Runner for the stairs? For some reason, he thought we wanted treads although we specifically stated several times we wanted a runner. Not only did he call me a liar when I said a runner, he charged us for the wasted material for HIS mistake. Dishonest, ignorant, and greedy. NEVER AGAIN.
Very satisfied with work , as long as your present . We recommend him to our son who was moving back to the area . Jerry’s men were putting in new floors. Since no one was living in the house yet they had free rein . They proceeded to cut ,saw all flooring in the house. Instead of going in the garage or out on the patio . When we went to check on the work we couldn’t believe what we found. We ended up paying a cleaning company $700 to go in and clean the house.
