I recently visited Jerry’s Coiffeur in Griffintown after finding it online and booking an appointment for Saturday at noon with Jerry, the owner. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it was clear there was a scheduling issue as Jerry was not present, and the stylist on duty couldn’t confirm his arrival time. Despite my efforts to get clarity, there was no follow-up from Jerry, which was quite disappointing. The lack of communication and follow-up left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
