Waited 10 minutes in service bay,nobody even acknowledged my existence. Do not recommend. Will do my oil changes from now on.

I was originally upset at not getting a loaner. However, service tech, Austin, was very pleasant at drop off, informing me of the process. I spent the day trying to figure out a life with just my truck (which my wife can't drive), when Austin called. Not only was my car diagnosed, but the warranty was approved and the problem compressor was replaced. He even sent a car for me. So, please recognize his professionalism and politeness.

While it took a month for parts to come in. My service advisor was great to work with. Kody kept me up to date on time line and even helped accommodate a late evening pickup before the ice storm blew in. The only disappointment was having to drive two hours each way to drop off truck and come back and get it even though part of my sales contract was loaner vehicles.

Josh is hands down the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. He truly goes above and beyond 24/7. His communication is excellent, he stays on top of every detail, and he genuinely cares about his customers. Josh is reliable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help no matter the time or situation. Exceptional service all around. Highly recommend.

My first time to ever get an oil change at a dealership because my brother recommended them and I had no issues everything was professional they showed me what problems I had on my Texas edition 2012 Tahoe and I felt they were looking out for me and my vehicle so I thought they did a very top-notch job they even showed me the problems so they weren't trying to stick it to me or anything
