Michelle in the pre-owned department did a fantastic job. I purchased a Yukon XL. She kept me updated through the purchase process. Most importantly she made the actual signing of the paperwork quick and efficient, not the hours of back and forth. I was out of there in 30 minutes. She is very highly recommended!!!

My elderly mother took her Cadillac SUV here for warranty work, having purchased it from Jerry's brand new in 2020. What followed has been months of stress and ultimately the loss of a luxury vehicle and $15,000 out of pocket to get a basic SUV replacement.
