The Montgomery Mall location is closed! No warning, no sign about another location.
I actually came to write a review today from my experience at North Wales. I was in line behind the most recent poster. There were about 7 of us, and they only had one register open, while the staff helped throughout the store. We all waited while she added item after item without regard for us in line. The final straw was when this woman paid with the wrong card. This was the worst store I've ever been in. The temperament of the manager Matt was rude, discourteous, impolite, inconsiderate, cynical and extremely ignorant. If you want a better experience, Willow Grove is the exact opposite. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, polite, warm and friendly. If at all possible, do not have any interaction with Matt.
Super friendly staff. Nice selection and of course, Yankee candle quality and scents. Great gift ideas there too.
