Over 2 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment time. Terrible service
called for some quotes on service i was recommended. and never got those answers was just hung up on.
I had an excellent experience with my service advisor Will Selmon! He was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. Will took the time to explain what was being done and even gave me helpful tips for maintaining my vehicle. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work.
They do not honor their appointment times. Had an appointment for 9:00 for a single tire change. They didn’t get my car on a rack and the tire off until 9:45. I had other appointments I needed to meet and ended up having to make other arrangements because I wasn’t done until 10:30. It took an hour and a half for a twenty minute tire change.
