Always dread having repairs done to my truck as normally shops keep it forever. However Bob got me in and out within 31 hours on something that I thought would take a week. Reasonably priced as well for the scope of work done.

Every time I take my truck here, they screw something up. You need a new Service Manager. Try following checklists and protocols for once. It’s not rocket science.

I purchased a brand-new GMC AT4 2500 in Fall 2023, and from the start, I’ve had persistent issues with the entertainment system software. Despite bringing the truck back six separate times, the problem remains unresolved. A loaner vehicle was only offered twice, and one of those times required persistent requests due to a major health condition I was recovering from.
