I thought I was going to write a positive review and fill out a positive customer service survey. Took my 2015 GMC in recently. I had a new motor put in when my Denali Terrains motor was obliterated by a slipped timing chain at 150000. I always did my maintenance properly. Loved my vehicle and decided it was worth saving. With appreciation to Jerry's Buick GMC Service for the excellent service and care they have provided for my truck since 2005! Even though my vehicle is a "golden oldie" I was given the same white glove care as customers that have just purchased a new 2025 GMC right off their lot. A very special thank you to my rockstar service advisor Henry E. for his excellent communication and service/repair updates! Also much appreciation to the talented techs that performed their magic in servicing and repairing my vehicle.

I am writing to express my frustration with the poor customer service I received from your dealership during a recent incident with my 2024 GMC Ultimate 2500. On Friday evening, I lost my key FOB while visiting Weatherford. The following Saturday morning, just after 8:00 AM, I left a voicemail with a service advisor. Bought My vehicle 1 month later transmission went out! Luckily I purchased bumper to bumper coverage so they replaced with a new transmission. Then about a year later I took it back because there was a knocking noise. They said nothing wrong with it, that was in February. Then I took it again in October because of a knocking noise but this time it was louder and had check engine light on. Not to my surprise there in nothing wrong with it acording to them.
