HENRY!!! I could scream your name from the rooftops! Dropped my 2019 GMC Acadia off last weekend and picked it back up yesterday. I have taken this thing to Hiley GMC in Ft Worth (where I bought it) no less than 6 times (probably more) for the same problem. They had my car for over a year. Replaced the radiator 2 times and the transmission once. Purchased a vehicle was a good experience. They got me the price and Warantie price needed. Thanks to Christian.Moralas. But leaving at three star review. Because I washed detailed the car before we got there was horrible. So they watched it again while we waited on paperwork. To do any better of a job the second time. Very disappointing when you spend 100,000 on a car.

I thought I was going to write a positive review and fill out a positive customer service survey. Took my 2015 GMC in recently. I had a new motor put in when my Denali Terrains motor was obliterated by a slipped timing chain at 150000. I always did my maintenance properly. Loved my vehicle and decided it was worth saving. Always dread having repairs done to my truck as normally shops keep it forever. However Bob got me in and out within 31 hours on something that I thought would take a week. Reasonably priced as well for the scope of work done.
