My friend got her car fixed at Jerry's body shop the other day after a really bad scratch that was super deep and every thing was noticeable, but Jerry fixed it. they completely fixed the scratch and made the car look 1000x better than when we brought it in. Color match is perfect and it's polished very well. I don't know how they achieved this level of prowess.
I'm unsure about how to write this because it seems like the car repair itself was done well. (more on this later) However their communication was not good, they would not call me back or reply to emails. I would have to show up in person to talk to someone. As well , when I picked up the car we discovered the windshield wiper fluid didn't work. They quickly fixed that , and then we discovered that the front door window didn't work either. I decided on Jerry's after my accident because it has a five star review. I now know why and I'm adding to it. I'm very happy with the way everything turned out. Adrian and Mark, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Our son's car needed a bit of body work, and Adrian gave us a good estimate, so we went ahead. Then Mark called to say it was done faster than expected and cheaper too!
My wife's Audi Q5 was sideswiped in a parking space in Collingwood and hit the driver's side back door in an odd spot that left a nasty crinkle in the panel. The team were great to deal with and got the job done in a few days. The result was absolutely perfect, and the rates were very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone!
