Save your children! Made an appt - told Kathy to cut my son a #5 (long) on the top. She the proceeded to buzz cut all his hair off! She did not apologize and still charged us! Unbelievable…What a terrible experience and my son is embarrassed. -STAY AWAY unless you want chop job-
