Made an appointment on a Friday 8am. They forgot to put it in the system. So when I showed up they told me they would get in by noon. So I waited. I waited and called over 12 times to find out if my truck was done. No would answer so I went back to the shop and they were just pulling it in at 1:30. So now I wait again for a 6 tire mount and balance. I really hope that this finds the actual owner of the business and he contacts me. I feel disrespected and that this is very unacceptable.
Do not buy anything from them Sam is a liar and sold us a 5th wheel trailer that he said we could tow easily with our 1/2 ton truck. Not true at all. Now they don't want to do anything about it. They basically told me to go away. I have bought 3 vehicles from them in the past but not ever again.

We worked with the folks in Beresford and are very very pleased with the service and selection! Drove home in a new pickup
We found the perfect van for us on their website and worked with their team to hold onto it for us until we could come see it (we live about 6 hours away). They did a great job communicating with us over the week and got things ready for our appointment. When we arrived, Jerry's team took good care of us and got us all set-up with our new van in about an hour after our test-drive. They weren't pushy and were very friendly. -Thanks for all your help!-
