UPDATED REVIEW: We took our HiAce back in to have Jerry review the damages caused, as well as brought a quote do repair with us. I understand the business owner view of trusting your employee notes when they’re working - the employee said the jack points were rusted out - Jerry took the van back into the shop, took a look, came out and said he’d contact the body shop to cover the costs. Cannot even be trusted to install asymmetrical tires properly, installed one of mine backwards.
I took our HiAce there to have my tires changed in May. They damaged my vehicle by putting it on the lift wrong. Jerry received my pictures, confirmed receipt of them, and then radio silence. I followed up and left two voicemails, only to be ignored. It’s been months, they’ve been given the opportunity to respond, and resolve the situation - now we are getting into the fall and I will have to repair the problem myself to avoid rust. Thanks for nothing :)
