UPDATED REVIEW: We took our HiAce back in to have Jerry review the damages caused, as well as brought a quote do repair with us. I understand the business owner view of trusting your employee notes when they’re working - the employee said the jack points were rusted out - Jerry took the van back into the shop, took a look, came out and said he’d contact the body shop to cover the costs.
