I work right around the corner in the corporate offices and I'm so impressed with Jerry's shop and his great staff. It's SUPER convenient for me and it's a minute to get to the train station to get back home. Everyone is always so professional and honest and I can't get a better price on parts or repairs than Jerry's.
If you want your car fixed... Don't take it to Jerry's. My SUV had been there for months and I got it back worse off then when I brought it in. NOTHING WAS FIXED. THE PLACE SUCK!
Great customer service. they work fast and have reasonable pricing
I dropped my car off July 29 to fix the ABS. It is September 3 and have gotten no updates. I have followed up twice and they said that they are “still working on it”. Horrible customer service.
