I dropped my car off July 29 to fix the ABS. It is September 3 and have gotten no updates. I have followed up twice and they said that they are “still working on it”. Horrible customer service.
Initially, I had a very positive impression of Jerry and his garage. On my first visit, I explained my financial difficulties and my wish to repair my old car instead of buying a new one. Jerry was understanding and suggested a step-by-step repair plan, starting with the most urgent issues. What truly impressed me at the beginning was his honesty and flexibility.
