AAA's Roadside Provider from Gwch, CT came out to replace a dead battery in the car , BUT put the wrong size battery in without my knowing it. The bracket didn't hold it in place and it was too tall for my engine compartment. Want to know why I know that? Because over the next two weeks the battery terminal tore a hole in the hood insulation pad from wobbling so much. I work right around the corner in the corporate offices and I'm so impressed with Jerry's shop and his great staff. It's SUPER convenient for me and it's a minute to get to the train station to get back home. Everyone is always so professional and honest and I can't get a better price on parts or repairs than Jerry's.
If you want your car fixed... Don't take it to Jerry's. My SUV had been there for months and I got it back worse off then when I brought it in. NOTHING WAS FIXED. THE PLACE SUCK!
