I got scammed with a car. And they have been helping fixing it up. Reasonable price, easy to work with. I appreciate everything they are doing to help me and my kids!
One of the first things said to me was that their philosophy was to "treat people the way you want to be treated" and I was pleasantly surprised to learn they really meant it! Prices were reasonable, the customer and car service good (really appreciate the freebie tossed in) and pretty quick, too. I'll come back the next time my car has problems.
Darrin is honest and fair, great prices, and does great work. When I'm in town and I can't do something myself, I only take my vehicle to Jerry's.
Highly do not recommend it!!!
Updating my review from 5 to 1, after installing faulty spark plugs not once but twice. I called and spoke to the mechanic he said the owner would call me back the next day, called and left a voicemail almost a week later. Ended up taking it to another mechanic where they found a broken sparkplug was installed. Symptoms were ultimately resolved at another shop...
