Good product. Knowledagble. Just little upset that he Sold me a bunch of stuff I knew I didn't need.i Brought in a starter for repair and he said it tested good. But after returning home and spending extra cash for parts/cab fair as well I still had the same problem. Frustrating.. so another day and more money wasted. Parts I didn't need and cab fair was wasted to bring to a different repair store where the starter was indeed!! Bad and complete overall was performed like I originally requested. Thnks. The guy tried to RIP off my insurance company. My car ended up totalled because of how long he had my car. Thanks guy for nothing.

I took my car to Jerry's to have an engine code looked at. The first 3 attempt from the garage did not work. They then told me they would have to replace the TCM and the Transmission Clutch Actuator. Between tuese 2 items, it cost me almost $1200. I had the car back for 3 days and the check engine light came back on and the transmission was shifting hard. I took it to a Ford Dealership ans was told it needed a new TCM and Clutch Actuator. I told them that this was just recently replaced. Long story short. Jerry's did nothing... read more
