Very shady owner who doesn’t give you full details of additional work that needs to be done. Doesn’t explain what’s going on and just assumes that customers understands insurance estimates and doesn’t call to communicate or negotiate prices before beginning on the additional work. Agreed on one price and due to all the ‘extra work’ needed, rose the price up 3X at the final invoice without consulting the customer first.
