Since we moved to South Florida we have been thrilled to try to support this store. We came every other week during Covid to try to help them stay afloat. While the service was always... interesting... the stock and fun of shopping IN PERSON was always great! Today I'd like to know what is happening? Jerry's came to the rescue when a very nice picture frame I was going to gift at a bridal shower the NEXT day came with a broken glass. It was a handcrafted frame so the sizing wasn't standard. I called and they told me the framing department could help me. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who quickly custom cut a piece of glass for me while I waited. I'm so happy they helped be able to give the gift on time. Highly recommend! :)

This store is the best! I got personal attention when I shopped there. Their inventory is excellent. And today their dedication to customers came in full view. I called today with a a request about a lost piece of paper with a combination to a lock written on it. This afternoon, James, the manager, called to tell me he found it amongst the acrylic paints where I must have dropped it. This is beyond and so appreciated.
