Jerry was awesome,had our part in stock and knew exactly where it was in his shop. He also gave us a discount!!!! This guy is a gem. If you have appliance issues,he's either got the part or can fix it for you. Much better than the SCARY place down the street for sure!
Jerry did a wonderful job fixing my oven. He was very professional and friendly. He saved Christmas dinner! I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing a repairman.

I'll leave in the middle because I don't want to hurt a small business. But I don't think he has the expertise to work on all brands or newer products. I expected a return call to at least let me know he didn't know how to investigate the problem based on the info I provided. Apparently can't read either, based on reply left lol
