Pretty classless small business. Owner said he’d come out to the property to quote me out on a dishwasher replacement. I agreed to have him stop by and look at my issue and got a quote the following week. I did get a second bid and called him up to let him know I was going with a competitor which saved me $200 overall on the project. He then mentions a $86 trip fee for his time on his first visit. They didn't have the part I needed but was very helpful. He looked up the actual part I needed gave me the part number. I ordered on Amazon where he told me I could get it and had in 2 days a lot of places don't do this only more.
This man was reccomended by a friend and we were not disappointed. Very nice person and reinstalled a range for us and only charged us his minimal fee for coming out. I would definitely call him again if needed.
Even though we were out of the service area he walked me through how to fix my dryer door switch and had the part on hand at a really good price. We need more people like Jerry. I'd recommend him to anyone needing help with appliances!
Jerry was awesome,had our part in stock and knew exactly where it was in his shop. He also gave us a discount!!!! This guy is a gem. If you have appliance issues,he's either got the part or can fix it for you. Much better than the SCARY place down the street for sure!
