I drove 35 miles to get a part and it was well worth the drive ! Houston and Spring parts houses had the part listed for $65. I called Jerry in Huntsville and he had a cross referenced better quality part for substantially less. Extremely,knowledable, professional,prompt and HONEST to a fault. I will always in the future get all my appliance parts and repairs from Jerry in Huntsville.Service like Jerry's is very rare these days.
Jerry is phenomenal in his trade and fixed our “ old” oven in 30 minutes and very fair price wise. We are grateful for his service not only to us as customers ( now life long!) but also as a veteran who served our country. Pretty classless small business. Owner said he’d come out to the property to quote me out on a dishwasher replacement. I agreed to have him stop by and look at my issue and got a quote the following week. I did get a second bid and called him up to let him know I was going with a competitor which saved me $200 overall on the project. He then mentions a $86 trip fee for his time on his first visit.
