Very quick and reliable service! We contacted Jerry’s for washing machine repair and were able to get someone out the next day to fix it. Adam came out, provided great service, insight, and fixed the problem quickly. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
I would leave a zero if possible. He advised my husband that a 350 repair on a 12 year old dishwasher was “worth it” and the repair didn’t work. He didn’t have that part and had to order it. I had to call him to find out when he was coming. It just so happened to be “on the truck” that day. Didn’t work. Second part ordered. No word from Gerry until I called. Just so happens it “just came on the truck” and he came while I wasn’t home. My painters let him in. My husband let him know I was 5 minutes away. I passed him on my way... read more
My fridge was not cooling properly. Jerry diagnosed the problem over the phone, quoted me a very reasonable price. His son called me back that day(Wednesday)and said he would be out Friday between 9am-12. He was here by 10:00 n gone by 11:00. Installed the new part and was super professional. Great service for a great price. Would highly recommend them and would surely use them again (but I hope it won’t be too soon)
