When our LG refrigerator stopped working we called the after hours number for Jerry's Appliance service and reached Kevin. It was a like a miracle. Kevin was so knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, AND practical !!!! He had us send a video of the sounds coming from the fridge and was able to assess that the service call could wait until the next day. We live in Connecticut but recently purchased a condo in Tequesta. The first time we tried to use our washer it wouldn't spin. Then we tried our dishwasher and it made some strange noises. Somehow I got lucky and called Jerry's Appliance. Just like old time customer service. Jed did a GREAT with the repairs and Chris kept us informed along the way. I would recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair. The BEST. in the business.
Way, way overpriced... Had a burnt out light in oven that the technician spent 2 hours "diagnosing" but in the end no replacement parts are available...so nice to pay $105/hour for absolutely nothing and no adjustment to final cost as they had said might happen.... Will never use again.
Excellent customer service scheduling the repair. John, our repairman, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will use them again!
