Where this builder excels is in customer service. Every new home is going to have issues but Jerry will personally take your call and make sure someone comes out to fix it. While there were some surprises on my build, he was involved with me during the entire construction process, which really made it feel like my own ‘custom’ home. I’d recommend them to anyone looking at new homes in Temple

One of my mortgage clients bought a home from Jerry Wright Homes and I found them to be easy to work with. If I had to leave a message I was called right back. Great Builder!!!

Our realtor assured us that this was an upstanding builder and we would be safe to buy without a home inspection because they offered a warranty. We have been in the home just over a year. After notification of the issues we were having, they contacted us a month and a half ago to say they would start scheduling crews. Someone came out to tighten screws on outside doors. Someone came to caulk around the tubs. No one else. No other communication. We have had grout issues (including a chunk of grout missing in the shower floor... read more

Make driveways BEFORE EVERY TRADESMAN COMES THROUGH. Quit valuing the dollar more than the people who do all the real work. I know yall dont make driveways before we all get to working on the homes because you want to save money on cleaning those driveways,but its RIDICULOUS to think that some money is worth EVERYONES AGGRAVATION AT HAVING TO MAKE 100 TRIPS FOR ALL THE MATERIAL TO DO THE HOUSES! Get over it, AND MAKE THE DRIVEWAYS WHEN YOU LAY THE REST OF THE FOUNDATION!
