This practice is the worst I've ever been to. I was treated like an afterthought, and the doctors didn't really listen or care to listen and were very rude. The doctor I went to to get some details on a lab test did not offer much information, but just stated that everything was fine. She did not seem interested in taking time to walk me throught the results or explain anything. She even insulted me in a passive agressive manner!The Administrative staff was the worst. I've bene a long-time patient of Dr. Fullemann's, and I can't recommend her enough. She's both knowledgable and thorough, and really is concerned with her patients. I don't have much experience with the other doctor in her practice, Dr. Ali, but she seem good. Carrie who works in the lab recently returned, and I was really happy to see her back, she does a very good job drawing blood - I'm getting on in years and she does a much better job than the people at Kaiser, who I used to go to - I always felt like a pincushion there... read more
