I’m so happy I found such a friendly (Chris and Chandler!) and professional auto repair shop after recently moving to Eugene. Chandler worked to solve a complex issue with a great attitude and very positive outcome. I would highly recommend to anyone for their repair and maintenance needs.
If you are in need of a good mechanic check out Jerry & Walt's. They treat women how they would like their wives or daughters treated. That's not to say men shouldn't use them--my male co-worker trusts these guys as well. They give you a run down of necessary repairs (and provide pictures), don't upsell and let you know if it's a "do it now" or "okay to wait" repair. They will provide a ride if you need to leave your car for the day. The most pleasant garage I've taken a car to.
