Mr Jerry had repaired the ice maker on my side by side refrigerator over 2 hrs ago. While he was here he showed me how to troubleshoot the problem if it reoccurring. Well it did it again. He answered my call when I called him. Offered to come service it for a fee of coarse, his time has value too. While on the phone he gave detailed instructions on my problem.
