Not impressed at all. I waited 3 months to see Dr. Lin on a referral from my regular ENT specialist, specifically for continual and severely worsening middle ear infections (I've had chronic otitis media for decades). His office called today to cancel the appointment because he had an emergency. I could see a NP in two days or wait until September 10th to see him. I opted to cancel anything further.
