Ive purchased 4 vehicles from Jerry Ulm over the years and I’ll never buy another one. In my opinion they’ve become masters of bait and switch. During my trip there on 1/5/2024 I encountered 3 people that said they were the manager. On Wednesday, December 15, 2021 I called and scheduled an appointment for Friday (December 17th), being told that was the best day to bring the vehicle in for the work I needed. I had an Evap leak. I never had this issue before. The issue began within a week of me taking the vehicle in for preventative maintenance. But that is another story. I dropped the vehicle off 7am Friday morning. Return customer, purchased a new truck and traded in my prior vehicle. As we all know the finance guy would love to sell you some extended warranties accompanied with all the promises of reassurances. In this case Nick the financial person in charge of my personal purchase reassured me my prior warranty that they could no longer endorse would be refunded at a pro-rated amount, which is custom for these situations.
