Fast to call back for an initial consultation but he arrived extremely late for the only meeting at school. Then told us he had to still charge us for the hour even though he missed the IEP meeting! The entire reason we even wanted an attorney. So he talked to us outside of the school, said how we would continue , then commuted to following up in a few days. If you want someone who’s going to stop answering your calls, disregard your emails, and completely ignore you, then he’s the right guy for you! Jerry wrote a letter for my case with quite a few grammatical errors and sent it to my sons board of education. Very embarrassing to say the least. Regardless I liked him because he is knowledgeable on school law but after he wrote the letter he closed my case and wouldn’t return my calls, emails or various messages left with his secretary.
